Lors de notre premier plateau sur la dématérialisation, vous avez pu découvrir une définition globale du concept. Il est désormais temps de s'intéresser à tous ces points de détails qui font de la dématérialisation ce qu'elle est et à quoi elle sert.Car pourquoi les entreprises mettent en place des politiques de dématérialisation ? Est-ce pour ce fameux ROI, ce retour sur investissement, qui fait que l’on cherche d’abord à baisser les coûts ? Y a-t-il d'autres raisons ? N'est-ce pas avant tout une "quête de sens" de la société qui dématérialise, ceci à travers une nouvelle organisation, une nouvelle notion de travail, celui-ci devenant alors réellement collaboratif ? Et donc, est-ce que finalement la dématérialisation ne va pas au-delà du simple archivage et de la simple baisse des coûts ?Une quête de sens ? Cela peut sembler surréaliste au premier abord.Pourtant, dématérialiser n'est pas seulement scanner l'ensemble des documents papiers vers une forme numérique, c'est également permettre de les exploiter, de les dupliquer, de les envoyer à tous. Cela nécessite une nouvelle approche desdits documents car on n'a plus à effectuer ce que l'autre effectue à notre place. Comme le dit très bien Vincent Dreux lors de ce plateau, quand un fournisseur créé une facture, le client n'a pas à la créer lui-même de son côté. On évite de réaliser ainsi encore et encore les mêmes choses sur des travaux qui coûtent de l'argent et qui ne rapportent rien.Ce plateau est donc instructif à plus d'un titre. Il étonne par son approche de la dématérialisation. Il étonne par l'angle de vue inédit qu'il propose sur ce qu'on pense être au départ qu'une affaire de ROI et d'archivage numérique et qui se révèle être beaucoup plus.Et ce ne sera pas le dernier à l'expliquer.
